Below is a list of hotfixes available for MIKE 2023 products.

MIKE HYDRO Basin hotfix 29-01-2024

This hotfix enables calculation of hydropower production when a tailwater elevation is not specified (using the reservoir bottom to approximate the tailwater elevation).

MIKE HYDRO River hotfix 24-10-2023

This MIKE HYDRO River hotfix improves the functionality to import from ISIS, so that it doesn't stop when invalid input data are encountered. Invalid data are listed in the import log file.

This MIKE FM hotfix corrects a bug in the ECO Lab ABM particle mass budget outputs, not correctly taking the first particle time step into account. In addition it corrects the minimum source value handling in PT sources when a flux source is used.

This hotfix corrects issues in the Hydrodynamic Module in MIKE FM. The flow can now pass a gate when the domain on one side of the gate is dry. In addition an error in the flood and dry handling in 3D Navier-Stokes equations has been corrected.

MIKE Zero hotfix 18-01-2023

This hotfix corrects an issue with updating flow conditions when using flow-dependent bed resistance AND simulating with GPU. In addition, an error related to wall friction in 3D Navier-Stokes simulations is fixed.

MIKE 3 hotfix 16-12-2022

This hotfix solves issues in the numerical scheme for MIKE 3 Flow Model FM, using shallow water equations, related to flooding-and-drying and bed resistance. The fix related to bed resistance and mainly affects flooding-and-drying areas. Furthermore, this hotfix solves an issue in MIKE 3 Flow Model FM, using Navier-Stokes equations, and MIKE 3 Wave Model FM related to the vertical diffusion using sigma/z-level for the vertical discretization.

MIKE Zero hotfix 16-12-2022

This hotfix solves a problem when running ABM templates using the Coupled Model FM in the so called “standalone” mode, i.e., when using pre-computed flow data and a pure ABM template. Without the fix you may experience start-up problems and errors like “Fatal error: Number of sub-domains larger than specified in license file”.

This hotfix solves an issue, where the culvert output could show a wrong discharge for long culverts, when the simulation is run on GPU AND there is not a sufficient amount of water around the culvert to meet the specified discharge target, AND if there is no Advection-Dispersion component in the setup (e.g. Temperature-Salinity, Turbulence or Transport).
