DHI License Manager 2022 Update 1

The DHI License Manager is used to enable MIKE software products to run in either local or network mode. The DHI License Manager must be installed and configured with the license file either in network mode (on license server) or in local mode (on local PC).

In network mode, all users in the organisation share a pool of floating licences managed by the DHI License Manager component. The DHI License Manager component is installed on a central server. From the server, it acts as an 'accountant' keeping track of the number of concurrent users by checking the available licences in and out of the shared pool of licences.


Please Note when using the local or network license option then:
  • all licensed applications included in MIKE 2022 require a 2022 version of the DHI License Manager.
  • a new license file format (file extension dhilic2) has been introduced with MIKE 2022 and these license files can only be used together with a DHI License Manager 2022.

WHEN DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE
After clicking the download button, the file will download as a zip file. Please run the setup.exe, choose the downloaded product, start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
